Our Origin Story
In 2022, our founder Sarah lost a client because she missed a text message while untangling three leashes at the park. That single lost client cost her $2,400 a year in revenue.
She realized that being "good with dogs" wasn't enough. You have to be good at business too. She spent the next year building the systems that eventually became the K9 Ops Pack.
